Welcome
My work focuses on technical enablement for complex engineering environments where platforms, tools, and processes evolve quickly. I translate dense architecture, workflows, and Ops practices into clear, engaging training engineers can actually use.​ Large-scale programs are a core part of my work. These initiatives integrate courses, interactive scenarios and exercises, runbooks and operational playbooks, video, hands-on labs, and VILTs into cohesive systems that support real engineering workflows. They often support key strategic priorities, such as platform adoption, the DevOps ecosystem, organization-wide engineering onboarding, and partner enablement. I am at my best in "messy" environments: navigating ambiguous requirements, maximizing limited SME availability, and meeting aggressive timelines. Beyond content, I define the program architecture, selecting the delivery ecosystem, designing the modular structure, and integrating my AI-assisted workflows to ensure complex material is scalable and highly usable. The work shown here reflects that approach.
